Arrival In Dubai - City Tour And Evening Marina Cruise

Arrival at Sharjah or Dubai in the morning. You will be met by our representative. Proceed for a panoramic half day city tour of Dubai. The tour will pass by Gold Souk, old Bur Dubai including Al Seef, Bastakiya, Meena Bazar, as per the last pickup location of the hotel. There will be a 15-minute photo stop at Dubai Frame. The tour will also pass by Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Sheikh Zayed Road. A 20-minute photo stop will be made at either Jumeirah Open Beach or Burj Al Arab beach, followed by a pass by the front view of Burj Al Arab. Another 20-minute photo stop will be made at Palm Jumeriah Island, specifically Atlantis.

After lunch we shall go and check-in at our hotel. Conclude your day with a Marina cruise in the evening, complete with a delightful dinner onboard. Return to your hotel for a restful overnight stay in Dubai.

Payment Terms & Methods:

Hotel & Transportation:

Initial Booking Amount – 50% of Package Cost per person or cancellation charges whichever is higher (non-refundable and non-transferable)
21 days prior to the departure date – 65% of the tour cost
15 days prior to the departure date – 100% of the tour cost
For Non-refundable & time-limit itineraries 100% payment is required to confirm a booking.

Flight:

Others:

Final Confirmation will be provided on full payment.
Vehicle Provided as per mentioned tour plan (Point to Point Basis only)
No Refund or Compensation for any unused services/transportation in any circumstance.
Any changes done on the trip; applicable charges will be charged.

Scope of Service/Activity:

We are travel and holiday organizers only. We do not control or operate any airline, nor do we own or control any shipping company, coach or coach Company, hotel, transport, or any other facility or service that is provided to any of our clients on a tour organized/booked by us. Though we take utmost care in selecting all the services to design a holiday, we have no control over their operation. Hence we cannot be held responsible in case of any delay / improper service provided by any independent contractor / for any injury/death/loss and/ or damage, to the client which may be caused, by any act on the part of the management or employees of any independent contractor.

We are also not responsible for any delay or deficiency in services provided by any independent contractor and/or caused by any act or actions of a co-traveler / co-passenger of the client/group which may result in the client not being able to avail any or all of the services included in the tour package.

Cancellation Policy & Airline Cancellation Policy

In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

Holiday Package Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Upon cancellation, a refund will be made after deducting the Retention Amount.
The retention Amount varies as per the number of days left before your package start date.
Refund will be made within 45 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation.
10% cancellation charges if cancelled 60 days before the tour.
35% cancellation charges if cancelled 45 days before the tour.
45% cancellation charges if cancelled between 45 – 30 Days before the tour.
65% cancellation charges if cancelled between 30 – 10 Days before the tour.
No refund if cancelled before 10 days of the trip start.
No Refund or Compensation for any changes on the ongoing trips.

Airline Cancellation Policy:

Flight As per Airline Policy + Our Service Charge Rs. 500 Per Person / Per way.
Your flights are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, you will not get any refund for flights.

Some cancellation and refund policies are out of our tender:

Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airline's company policy

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, the refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals etc. we do not bear any responsibility for a refund.

cancellation policies set by our Independent Contractors may at times supersede the above conditions, and as and when applicable will be intimated to the client.

These cancellation terms may not be applicable for services booked during special events/fairs/exhibitions/festivals / Christmas and New Year periods.
